Because many of our products are handcrafted, assembled in limited runs, or contain natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance are normal and should be expected. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside our control. DIYTheHellNot? is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

At DIYTheHellNot?, we want you to love your creative experience. We take pride in offering thoughtfully designed, small-batch craft kits and handmade products that encourage creativity, connection, and hands-on making. If something isn't right, we're committed to working with you to find a fair solution.
Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in substantially original condition, with all unused materials and components included.
While opening the packaging itself does not automatically disqualify a return, any materials that have been used, altered, assembled, painted, consumed, or damaged may not be eligible for return or refund.
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Because many of our products are handmade, assembled in limited runs, or contain consumable crafting materials, we are unable to resell products that have been used or partially completed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrectly fulfilled order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect.
